LSU Innovation Park is a Louisiana Small Business Development Center which provides entrepreneurs and companies with an environment essential for growing their businesses. The park amenities, experienced business consultants, and resources at LSU and throughout the state provide advice, solutions, access to capital, and other assets under one umbrella.
As a public relations intern, I was presented with a plethora of tasks ranging from assembling physical and digital creative marketing publications for all Louisiana Small Business Development Centers to constructing website news releases through interviews with tenants and prospective clients. These were utilized to promote awareness and shape public perception. I also assisted in managing LSU Innovation’s social media and business accounts.
